The UTG-0130 by Utest is a powerful 10-litre laboratory mixer specifically developed for the preparation of soil and asphalt samples for mechanical test procedures. It is suitable for compaction tests, Indirect Tensile Strength (ITS), Marshall stability tests and other applications.
For the standards-compliant preparation of bituminous mixtures per EN 12697-35, the mixer can be equipped with the optional UTAS-0187 heating jacket, which heats the mixture under thermostatic control up to 150 °C. SP Calibration Suisse distributes the UTG-0130 as an authorised partner and offers consulting, commissioning and service.
The mixing head rotates at 10 to 240 rpm, the whisk at 20 to 480 rpm — infinitely variable via the front-panel rotary knob.
Thermostatically controlled isomantle heater with digital thermostat for standards-compliant asphalt mixtures up to 150 °C. Includes PT100 temperature sensor.
